Monti Iblei restaurant in the hills of North Ragusa serves only pork. The pigs are sourced locally and as a testament to the meat’s incredible flavour, no extra seasoning or sauces are added. From fire-roasted to salami – cured onsite – the pork is served in numerous ways. The restaurant motto is “qui si magnifica il porco” – here pork is glorified.
